If for some reason you are unable to pay or have missed a repayment, please contact our team at service@moneyplace.com.au. If you do miss your repayment, it is important to pay it as soon as possible to avoid further fees. If your repayment is not paid on the Scheduled Repayment Day (when we debit your account), you will be charged a late fee.
